Pernah berpapasan dengan Ambulans yang sedang membawa pasien ?, Siapa menyangka ternyata ambulans tidak diperbolehkan untuk melaju dalam kecepatan tinggi. Kecepatannya justru harus stabil, karena pasien tidak boleh terkena getaran sebab selain dapat menimbulkan trauma kepada pasien, dikhawatirkan justru akan membahayakan pasien khususnya yang mengalami pendarahan, atau patah tulang.
Agar laju ambulans tetap terkendali maka perawat yang menemani pasien di belakang harus mampu mengkomando sopir melalui radio orasi yang menghubungkan antara perawat dan sopir. Didalam mobil ambulans juga disediakan fasilitas yang memenuhi standar untuk pertolongan pertama bahkan untuk melakukan operasi kecil.

NgeBut..NgebuT..di Jalanan !!!!
Untuk seseorang yang mempunyai cita-cita ingin menjadi seorang pembalap memang dibutuhkan keterampilan untuk bisa mengendarai mobil secara cepat atau biasa dikenal dengan sebutan “NgeBut”.
Tapi memang diakui bahwa enak sekali yang namanya nyetir ngebut dijalanan itu, adrenalin kita dapat di-push dan seru saja , walaupun lebih banyak bahayanya dibandingkan enaknya. Dan saya adalah termasuk tipe orang yang kalau mengendarai mobil selalu saja susah untuk menginjak rem alias “Ngebut”, itu sudah merupakan kebiasaan dan gaya saya pada saat saya menyetir. Akibatnya karena terlalu sering menyetir Ngebut,bensin mobil saya cepat sekali menurun hahaha .
Dari awal belajar menyetir saja, saya sudah mulai menerapkan system ngebut disaat saya sedang mengendarai mobil. Saya sangat enjoy dan menikmati sekali dengan style saya disaat mengendarai mobil. Akibat dari kebiasaan saya yang tukang ngebut dijalan raya itu, seringkali hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan terjadi kepada saya dan mobil saya. Contohnya seperti ditabrak dan menabrak, diserempet dan menyerempet. Hal itu sudah menjadi makanan sehari-hari saya, ketika saya baru belajar mengendarai mobil, sampai-sampai kedua orang tua saya sudah tidak bisa marah-marah lagi karena saya terlalu sering membuat tato-tato di mobil saya itu .
Di suatu ketika disaat saya sedang mengendarai mobil dalam keadaan pelan, tiba-tiba ada motor dengan ngebutnya menghajar bemper mobil saya, akibatnya saya kaget,shock, dan mobil saya hancur parah. Kejadian tersebut tidak bisa saya lupakan sampai saat ini. Karena pada saat insiden tabrakan itu terjadi, saya melihat orang yang mengendarai motor itu mental melewati depan mobil saya, dan kepalanya terbentur trotoar. Saya yang ada ditempat kejadian itu shock banget. Saya hanya bisa menangis karena saya takut dan mengerikan sekali, akhirnya dalam keadaan seluruh tubuhnya dipenuhi darah, orang tersebut langsung saya bawa ke rumah sakit terdekat dengan menggunakan mobil pribadi saya itu. Sesampainya di rumah sakit alhamdulillah dia tertolong, walaupun dibagian kepala dan kakinya harus dijahit dengan beberapa jahitan yang cukup banyak.
Pada saat itu saya bingung dan takut , bagaimana cara memberitahu orang tua saya kalau mobil saya baru saja ditabrak dan sekarang keadaannya hancur parah. Tidak lama kemudian orang yang menabrak mobil saya itu minta ganti rugi, di situ saya spontan marah. Koq bisa dia yang nabrak,” Lho koq dia yang minta ganti rugi. Sudah untung saya masih mau menolong dia memibawa ke rumah sakit. Akhirnya saya segera menghubungi mama saya, dan masalah itu diselesaikan oleh mama saya.
Pelajaran yang dapat saya ambil dari kejadian tersebut adalah harus lebih waspada dan berhati-hati. Karena bisa saja kita sudah berhati-hati tetapi orang lain tidak. Oleh karena itu kita harus tetap waspada di saat sedang mengendarai mobil ataupun motor, apalagi keadaan jalanan di Jakarta sekarang ini bisa dibilang sangat padat dan diharuskan harus lebih menaikkan tingkat kehati-hatian kita karena banyak sekali sekarang ini orang-orang yang suka seenaknya sendiri pada saat dia sedang mengendarai kendaraan nya. Dan semenjak kejadian tersebut alhamdulillah saya tidak mengalami trauma, malahan saya menjadi orang yang lebih berhati-hati dalam mengendarai mobil dan tidak terlalu ngebut lagi. Yah walaupun kadang-kadang masih suka ngebut”

Situasinya begini kalo lagi pakai motor yang "bisa" ngebut, kita sebetulnya berusaha jalan tenang, tiba-tiba ada "lawan" nggak sopan: wussss! otomatis .... 1. Liat dulu ini motor apa 2. kalo ngerasa bisa dilawan ya lawan! he he he...
Saya sebetulnya bikers tua, udah ampir 40 malah, nggak pantes untuk ngebut deh. Cuman suatu hari waktu berangkat kerja dengan rute reguler lewat Senayan depan TVRI menuju Kuningan lewat Gatot Subroto, ada kejadian. Waktu itu naik Ninja 250R, lagi pelan, ngantri lah biasa. Tiba-tiba ada Honda CBR 150, pake knalpot racing ngelewatin gw, ngegeber pulak...! yessss!!! ya sud, betooootttt!!! Baru sebentar si CBR udah bisa kesusul dan nggak keliatan, kayaknya sih gara-gara memang faktor saya kenal bener tracknya, saya cukup tahu tentang habbit orang dan jalur-jalur mana aja yang sepi dan menguntungkan untuk motor gw.
Cuman, dalam keadaan kenceng selepas dari pertarungan nggak jelas sama CBR tadi, selepas Semanggi ada Kawasaki KRR yang melaju pelan di depan saya Waktu itu saya masih di sekitar 120 an, si KRR kayaknya lagi konstan di sekitar 80-90 kmh. Wooooh! shittt, gw paling sebel ngelewatin KRR konstan pelan kalo lagi ngebut speed tanggung gini, cari mati namanya.
Ya sudah lah, perhitungan gw cuman gw udah flying start, udah duluan geber, sementara si RR mesti narik dulu...dan belokan ke kantor paling tinggal 2-3 kilo lagi he he he... Wiingggggg saya lewatin RR dengan sukses, nggak tahu deh dia kepancing ato nggak... wes - wes -wes kebut terooossss!!! Sekilo lebih lagi saya langsung sen kiri... hi hi hi biar dia tahu saya udah mau nyampe dan memutuskan stop dari lomba... diikutin kah??? IYAP!!! baru sebentar si RR itu juga jadi ikut-ikut ngebut juga dan ngelewatin gw dengan raungan 2 taknya yang melengking.

Pendeta yang Ngebut Ditilang Polisi
Dua orang pendeta mengendarai sepeda motor dengan kecepatan tinggi. Mereka akhirnya diminta untuk berhenti oleh seorang polisi karena kecepatannya melebihi kecepatan maksimum yang sudah ditetapkan.
"Apa yang anda lakukan? Anda mengendarai sepeda motor dengan kecepatan tinggi."
Salah satu Pendeta berkata, "Kami mengendarai sepeda motor ini hanya sekedar putar-putar.....lihatlah motor ini memang sangat bagus dan kencang larinya."
Si Polisi menggeleng-gelengkan kepalanya, "Bagaimanapun juga, saya harus menilang anda. Mengemudi seperti itu sangat membahayakan jiwa anda. Bagaimana kalau anda mengalami kecelakaan?"

Di Kompleks Lain Silakan Ngebut
Rambu itu jelas dan tegas. Para pelanggar boleh dianggap buta huruf dan kurang berbudaya. Tapi orang sok kritis bisa saja menyimpulkan, “O, berarti kalau di luar kompleks boleh ngebut ya?â€
Terserah. Yang penting jangan di dalam kompleks. Lho, kompleks yang mana? Kalau mau berlengkap kata, sekaligus nyinyir, papan itu boleh bertuliskan, “Dilarang Ngebut dalam Komplek(s) iniâ€. Artinya mau ngebut di kompleks lain – terutama yang tak memasang rambu segaya bahasa – silakan saja.
Apa pun maksudnya, sebetulnya ada prinisp ekonomi kata yang efektif dan tak membuka debat: “Dilarang Ngebut!†Ada juga yang galak tapi basbang: “Ngebut Benjut!â€
Tukang ngebut
Ada seorang tukang ojek namanya si Mamat.Dia sukanya ngebut, ga peduli di jalan kecil apalagi di jalan raya. Suatu saat dia pengen beli rokok kewarung yang jaraknya kira-kira cuma 100 meteran dari pangkalan ojek.Maka dia pake jaket langsung dikebutnya motornya.Saat didepan kebon orang, tiba2 ada monyet yang naikin palanya,maka nyungseplah siMamat ke dalem got.Saat itu ada pa Haji Duloh yang ngeliat,lalu dia samperin untuk nangkep monyet itu, tapi monyet itu uda kabur bawa helm siMamat.Kemudian Pa Haji Duloh mo nolongin si Mamat itu.
Pa Haji Duloh:"gue periksa dulu ni anak masih ade napasnye kaga ?"Untung masih ade napasnye,masih idup".
Karena posisi kepalanya si Mamat kebalik 180 drajat maka Pa haji Duloh segera memutar kepala si Mamat 180 drajat.
Pa haji Duloh:" Nah,sekarang ude bener deh palalu ngadepnye, tapi ko sekarang kaga ade napasnye lagi ?" Wah die mati rupanye ?!#$@
Akhirnya si Mamat mati bukan karena kecelakaan tapi karena Pa haji Duloh. Rupanya si Mamat pake jaket kebalik jadi kirain Pa haji Duloh yang agak rabun, palanye diputer deh,mati deh si Mamat.

Waktu itu mungkin sekitar pukul sembilan malam, dan semua orang yang sakit di sebuah panti pijat itu sudah tidur semuanya....hanya ada gw dan sebatang rokok Dji Sam Soe, ya sudah dari pada besok pagi tidak bisa merokok akhirnya gw beranikan diri untuk keluar kamar dan merokok sepuasnya (dasar pengangguran!!!!).
Nah waktu asyik merokok, tiba-tiba datang seorang bapak-bapak.
Tubuhnya gemuk....kulitnya hitam dan wajahnya seram mirip batak (padahal Sunda), dan tubuhnya gemuk seakan-seakan dia tidak pernah puas untuk tetap makan dan makan.
Pak Dul panggilannya
dan dari sebuah perban yang menyelimuti kakinya, dia keluarkan sebatang rokok filter dan bilang begini :
"Jat saya minta apinya dunk...."
dan gw jawab begini
"Lho bukannya tidak boleh merokok?"
kemudian ia jawab begini
"Itu kan kalau ada bu haji"
dan merokoklah kami berdua.
Malam itu semakin menggila, karena sebatang rokok itu akhirnya menjadi sebungkus rokok Dji Sam Soe, dan semua itu karena gw garus beli keluar rumah....dan berceritalah kami berdua.
Mulai dari hidup sebagai pria, pekerjaan yang tiada hentinya,dan cinta yang urung juga datang, hingga harga tanah di karawang yang lumayang rumah.
Yup...di sela-sela obrolan itu, tersisip satu buah cerita yang Pak Dul sodorkanwaktu itu....
Dia punya cerita begini:
"Ti saya ini heran kenapa kok saya ini bisa kecelakaan ,motor...padahal dulu saya jago sekali kalau bicara ngebut"
dan gw ngagguk untuk menghormati, kemudian senyum sedikit, dan mendengar lagi ceritanya:
" Dulu saya mah biasa ngebut dari Karawang sampai ke Ancol...dari nganter orang sampai nganter belut"
dan cerita mulai mengarah ke belut
"Wah belut di tempat saya besar-besar dan sehat2, semua orang suka belut saya" lalu ke ngebut lagi
"Waktu itu saya pernah sekali waktu nganter belut malem-malem, karena memang kalau malam itu jalanan sepi dan enak buat ngebut...ada mungkin sekita dua karung beras saya bawa. Nah selama di perjalanan tidak seorang pun saya lihat, dan spedometer saya seperti ingin menembus kaca!ha....saking negbutnya....Nah pas di tengah jalan tiba-tiba aja ada motor anak muda, jadi agak saya pelankan, mungkin sekitar 80meter-an. Saya lewat dan saya kasih klakson untuk bilang permisi.
Belum ada setengah jalan tiba-tiba ada motor klaksonin saya terus....nah pas di situ ada lampu merah...saya lihat di kaca spion eh ternyata motor anak muda tadi...udah aja saya terobos lampu merah....di Karawang kalau kita di klaksonin berarti kita itu di ajak ngebut.....
wah belum tahu dia kalau saya biasa di sebut 'Dul si Supra Fit" udah aja saya kebut tanpa pernah lihat lagi spedo meter....anak muda kurang ajar dan tidak tahu apa-apa....
Satu, dua hingga tiga truk saya lewati tanpa pernah takut.....eh kok dia masih klaksonin saya, lalu saya pikir wah ini pasti karena mesin motor saya!
SIAL!!! dan saya kebut tanpa lihat spedometer, tanpa lihat mesin dan tanpa lihat spion!!!!
Jangan sampai saya di balap!
Satu, dua tiga hingga tiga kelokan saya lewati layaknya saya ini Valentino Rossi!
dia masih klakson saya! benar-benar KURANG AJAR!!!!!!!! Dan terus saya kebut, kali tanpa lihat jalan!!!!
agar anak muda itu tahu SIAPA PAK DUL!!!!!!
Akhirnya saya tidak mendergar klakson itu...
tiba---tiba---saya di klakson lagi!!!! dan itu anak muda itu......
SIALNYA saya ketemu lampu merah di jalan besar, dan saya harus berhenti....
kali ini biar saya marahi dia! buat saya kalau mau balapan jangan sama motor yang mesinnya standar dong!!!
Kalau dia tetap klakson saya lagi, terpakasa tangan ini harus MAMPIR di mukanya!!!!
Lama sekali lampu merah itu untuk ganti warna, dan klakson itu semakin dekat semakin terdengar!!!!

MANIK ANGKERAN ASAL MULA SELAT BALI
Pada jaman dulu di kerajaan Daha hiduplah seorang Brahmana yang benama Sidi Mantra yang sangat terkenal kesaktiannya. Sanghyang Widya atau Batara Guru menghadiahinya harta benda dan seorang istri yang cantik. Sesudah bertahun-tahun kawin, mereka mendapat seorang anak yang mereka namai Manik Angkeran.
Meskipun Manik Angkeran seorang pemuda yang gagah dan pandai namun dia mempunyai sifat yang kurang baik, yaitu suka berjudi. Dia sering kalah sehingga dia terpaksa mempertaruhkan harta kekayaan orang tuanya, malahan berhutang pada orang lain. Karena tidak dapat membayar hutang, Manik Angkeran meminta bantuan ayahnya untuk berbuat sesuatu. Sidi Mantra berpuasa dan berdoa untuk memohon pertolongan dewa-dewa. Tiba-tiba dia mendengar suara, "Hai, Sidi Mantra, di kawah Gunung Agung ada harta karun yang dijaga seekor naga yang bernarna Naga Besukih. Pergilah ke sana dan mintalah supaya dia mau mernberi sedikit hartanya."
Sidi Mantra pergi ke Gunung Agung dengan mengatasi segala rintangan. Sesampainya di tepi kawah Gunung Agung, dia duduk bersila. Sambil membunyikan genta dia membaca mantra dan memanggil nama Naga Besukih. Tidak lama kernudian sang Naga keluar. Setelah mendengar maksud kedatangan Sidi Mantra, Naga Besukih menggeliat dan dari sisiknya keluar emas dan intan. Setelah mengucapkan terima kasih, Sidi Mantra mohon diri. Semua harta benda yang didapatnya diberikan kepada Manik Angkeran dengan harapan dia tidak akan berjudi lagi. Tentu saja tidak lama kemudian, harta itu habis untuk taruhan. Manik Angkeran sekali lagi minta bantuan ayahnya. Tentu saja Sidi Mantra menolak untuk membantu anakya.
Manik Angkeran mendengar dari temannya bahwa harta itu didapat dari Gunung Agung. Manik Angkeran tahu untuk sampai ke sana dia harus membaca mantra tetapi dia tidak pernah belajar mengenai doa dan mantra. Jadi, dia hanya membawa genta yang dicuri dari ayahnya waktu ayahnya tidur.
Setelah sampai di kawah Gunung Agung, Manik Angkeran membunyikan gentanya. Bukan main takutnya ia waktu ia melihat Naga Besukih. Setelah Naga mendengar maksud kedatangan Manik Angkeran, dia berkata, "Akan kuberikan harta yang kau minta, tetapi kamu harus berjanji untuk mengubah kelakuanmu. Jangan berjudi lagi. Ingatlah akan hukum karma."
Manik Angkeran terpesona melihat emas, intan, dan permata di hadapannya. Tiba-tiba ada niat jahat yang timbul dalam hatinya. Karena ingin mendapat harta lebih banyak, dengan secepat kilat dipotongnya ekor Naga Besukih ketika Naga beputar kembali ke sarangnya. Manik Angkeran segera melarikan diri dan tidak terkejar oleh Naga. Tetapi karena kesaktian Naga itu, Manik Angkeran terbakar menjadi abu sewaktu jejaknya dijilat sang Naga.
Mendengar kernatian anaknya, kesedihan hati Sidi Mantra tidak terkatakan. Segera dia mengunjungi Naga Besukih dan memohon supaya anaknya dihidupkan kembali. Naga menyanggupinya asal ekornya dapat kembali seperti sediakala. Dengan kesaktiannya, Sidi Mantra dapat memulihkan ekor Naga. Setelah Manik Angkeran dihidupkan, dia minta maaf dan berjanji akan menjadi orang baik. Sidi Mantra tahu bahwa anaknya sudah bertobat tetapi dia juga mengerti bahwa mereka tidak lagi dapat hidup bersama.
"Kamu harus mulai hidup baru tetapi tidak di sini," katanya. Dalam sekejap mata dia lenyap. Di tempat dia berdiri timbul sebuah sumber air yang makin lama makin besar sehingga menjadi laut. Dengan tongkatnya, Sidi Mantra membuat garis yang mernisahkan dia dengan anaknya. Sekarang tempat itu menjadi selat Bali yang memisahkan pulau Jawa dengan pulau Bali.

Karena tidak dapat membayar hutang, Manik Angkeran meminta bantuan ayahnya untuk berbuat sesuatu. Sidi Mantra berpuasa dan berdoa untuk memohon pertolongan dewa-dewa. Tiba-tiba dia mendengar suara, "Hai, Sidi Mantra, di kawah Gunung Agung ada harta karun yang dijaga seekor naga yang bernarna Naga Besukih. Pergilah ke sana dan mintalah supaya dia mau mernberi sedikit hartanya."
Sidi Mantra pergi ke Gunung Agung dengan mengatasi segala rintangan. Sesampainya di tepi kawah Gunung Agung, dia duduk bersila. Sambil membunyikan genta dia membaca mantra dan memanggil nama Naga Besukih. Tidak lama kernudian sang Naga keluar. Setelah mendengar maksud kedatangan Sidi Mantra, Naga Besukih menggeliat dan dari sisiknya keluar emas dan intan. Setelah mengucapkan terima kasih, Sidi Mantra mohon diri. Semua harta benda yang didapatnya diberikan kepada Manik Angkeran dengan harapan dia tidak akan berjudi lagi. Tentu saja tidak lama kemudian, harta itu habis untuk taruhan. Manik Angkeran sekali lagi minta bantuan ayahnya. Tentu saja Sidi Mantra menolak untuk membantu anakya.
Manik Angkeran mendengar dari temannya bahwa harta itu didapat dari Gunung Agung. Manik Angkeran tahu untuk sampai ke sana dia harus membaca mantra tetapi dia tidak pernah belajar mengenai doa dan mantra. Jadi, dia hanya membawa genta yang dicuri dari ayahnya waktu ayahnya tidur.
Setelah sampai di kawah Gunung Agung, Manik Angkeran membunyikan gentanya. Bukan main takutnya ia waktu ia melihat Naga Besukih. Setelah Naga mendengar maksud kedatangan Manik Angkeran, dia berkata, "Akan kuberikan harta yang kau minta, tetapi kamu harus berjanji untuk mengubah kelakuanmu. Jangan berjudi lagi. Ingatlah akan hukum karma."
Manik Angkeran terpesona melihat emas, intan, dan permata di hadapannya. Tiba-tiba ada niat jahat yang timbul dalam hatinya. Karena ingin mendapat harta lebih banyak, dengan secepat kilat dipotongnya ekor Naga Besukih ketika Naga beputar kembali ke sarangnya. Manik Angkeran segera melarikan diri dan tidak terkejar oleh Naga. Tetapi karena kesaktian Naga itu, Manik Angkeran terbakar menjadi abu sewaktu jejaknya dijilat sang Naga.
Mendengar kernatian anaknya, kesedihan hati Sidi Mantra tidak terkatakan. Segera dia mengunjungi Naga Besukih dan memohon supaya anaknya dihidupkan kembali. Naga menyanggupinya asal ekornya dapat kembali seperti sediakala. Dengan kesaktiannya, Sidi Mantra dapat memulihkan ekor Naga. Setelah Manik Angkeran dihidupkan, dia minta maaf dan berjanji akan menjadi orang baik. Sidi Mantra tahu bahwa anaknya sudah bertobat tetapi dia juga mengerti bahwa mereka tidak lagi dapat hidup bersama.
"Kamu harus mulai hidup baru tetapi tidak di sini," katanya. Dalam sekejap mata dia lenyap. Di tempat dia berdiri timbul sebuah sumber air yang makin lama makin besar sehingga menjadi laut. Dengan tongkatnya, Sidi Mantra membuat garis yang mernisahkan dia dengan anaknya. Sekarang tempat itu menjadi selat Bali yang memisahkan pulau Jawa dengan pulau Bali.

Berhati -hati lah dalam berkendara karena kecelakaan tidak terjadi karena keadaan motor dan jalan saja namun juga disebabkan karena orang yang mengendarai motor dan menggunakan jalan ngebut tapi kalo pelan - pelan juga bahaya apalagi motor curian ketahuan ama yang punya bisa ditangkep. jadi kamu mau pilih ngebut apa pelan pelan ? terseranh kamulah !
